YOUR ORDER AND PAYMENT:
Clients may place their order directly on our site by adding their chosen items to the shopping cart.
Payment is processed upon the act of purchase on the site through the available payment systems all of which follow and abide to strict security standards. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase. If by any chance you do not in the space of 24h, please contact us by email: hello@nonasty.pt
REFUND POLICY:
The Customer may request the replacement of the product ordered 15 days of receipt, provided that:
- - Items are in perfect condition;
- - Items have not been opened or used in any way;
- - Items keep their original features, such as packaging and labelling;
- - The product is returned with the original invoice;
- - If the items returned for exchange are damaged or used, No Nasty Concept reserves the right to not accept the return of exchange.
Your product exchange may be done in two ways:

- - Shipped to the following address:
If you are shipping an item over €50, please should consider using a shipping service that may be tracked or request shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. NO NASTY CONCEPT is not responsible for any shipping costs you may have in returning a product for exchange.
No Nasty Concept has a No Refund Policy, meaning we only exchange products, we do not refund them. Sorry!
DELIVERIES:
We only ship to Portugal, Madeira and the Azores.
How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery in 2-5 business day for Portugal.
Delivery in 5-8 Business days for Madeira and Azores.
HOW WE OPERATE!
We ship products ordered by the client during our usual working hours (9h30-17h30), Monday through Friday, with the exception of public holidays and weekends to the address given by the customer at the time of order confirmation. We process orders between the 2nd day after the payment is received to a maximum period of 5 (working) days from the moment of stock confirmation and payment validation.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary, and we are not responsible for any postal delays. No Nasty Concept cannot guarantee that all products shown are in stock at the time you make your order. If the product you requested is not longer available, you will be contacted by email after your order is placed.
